Child Health Services (OPD/IPD)
The current CHCS program targets children from age 1 month to 12 years old, in both inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) departments. The Clinic does its best to focus on preventive services such as growth monitoring, nutritional assessments, immunization, school health programs, health education, as well as general acute care such as surgery, de-worming, and supplementary feeding. The CHCS program also works closely with the Reproductive Health department in several areas, with an emphasis on family planning. All neonates born at the clinic are provided with legal birth documents.
